Final Settlement
This is the day when you will settle the remaining balance for your property. After we confirm that the payment has been made, our agent will provide you with the keys, so you can officially move in and make it your own. Usually, this takes place about 10 working days after the code of compliance and/or title is issued. Additionally, you have the right to conduct a ‘pre-settlement inspection’ within 3 working days of the settlement to ensure everything is in order.
