PRA Developments is a family-owned property development business operating in New Zealand and Australia. The name PRA represents the initials of the three siblings: Paiman, Raihan and Arman. The business was built from the ground up, with Paiman taking the lead in establishing the property development side of the company.
Paiman comes from a family with a strong background in business and retail. With a Bachelor of Commerce focused on Sales and Marketing, he brings an understanding of customers, markets and the commercial side of property development.
Within PRA, Paiman is involved across property development, business development, development planning, customer understanding, product direction and project decision-making. Arman supports the operational side of PRA, including administration, company management support, accounting-related work and internal business operations.
PRA’s focus is to bring together the right location, design, specialists and product for each development, while continuing to improve from one project to the next.
